He immediately came to the point with his recommendations and marketing plan of how to get the best price for our property, yet he was very willing to listen to our opinions too. I choose Fiona as my agent as I've had past dealings with her when I brought this place. I found Fiona to be lovely to deal with and she made the process seamless and without stress. Now with selling I had the benefit of having two agents Fiona and Mark to support and guide me through the process and they have made the selling process much the same. They both have gone above and beyond to support me selling my home and getting a good price. Fiona and Mark were great for guiding me with what I should or shouldn't while preparing my house for the market, which helped to build my confidence with my property. From a rating of service prospective I'd have to rate 10/10 for all the work they both did and their professionalism. Very happy with the promotion of my property. Once the property was ready for sale I had to leave town and Fiona was left in sole charge. She successfully secured an offer on Deadline sale. Unfortunately the purchaser seemed to want to extend every deadline possible with respect to going unconditional (not Fiona's fault), and they were also not the best at communication (I'm glad I wasn't dealing with them). COVID also played a role in delaying proceedings even further. Fiona was steady with her efforts and communication throughout. It was never a problem to have a chat about how things were going.
