Joy and Linda definitely a joy to work with :)
Our experience working with Joy and Linda was exceptional. They went above and beyond working with us and truely supported both the Vendor and us the Purchaser through our purchase. It took some time, a few extensions, phone calls and lots of learning on the way and finally we were able to settle on our fabulous property, we highly highly recommend Joy and Linda (they are our go to agents) ✨🥰 Thank you for all your hard work and support we appreciate it ❤️

Quick turn-around time
Fiona answered all our questions as best as she could. She answers emails and phone calls really quick. She is not demeaning despite us not having a huge deposit and still presented our offer to the vendor. We attended the first open-home she held for a property and made an offer before everyone else did and we got the house! Thanks so much to her for not making us wait for too long. She's ethical and has been a key to owning our first home and live the Kiwi dream!

Helpful, patience, good understanding
Fiona has been explained the S&P agreement with me, nice and clear, also waiting for our reply with patience, and reminded me time to get LAM, and call the bank to inform them with deposit.
