Kylie is an absolutely fantastic agent who went above and beyond in what turned out to be a less than ideal situation. She was thorough, professional, patient, understanding and quite honestly under the circumstances exceptional. In the midst of it all I honestly thought some agents may have given up on us and thrown in the towel but her can do, will do attitude and we got this carried us all.
