Kara provided many strategic options and plans before and during our market campaign. Her team also provided extraordinary service, from organising a photographer on a sunny day (after seven consecutive days of rain), to drafting S&P agreement, and following up with my solicitor (who doesn't usually respond to all emails). She also shared lots of useful contacts from cleaners, handymen, builders, solicitors, estimators, and rental managers. She prepared and presented lots of comparable transactions before and during the marketing campaign. The informative information and resources helped me to make an informed decision throughout the sale process. Kara is also a talented "Marie Kondo" in Rotorua who can help you to declutter and get rid of stuff before a sale.
