Kellie understood our needs perfectly and this came from actually listening to what we wanted to achieve. I was extremely impressed with Kellie throughout the time my house was on the market. Her knowledge of the market in Rotorua was exemplary. Kellie was always available to give advice and at times I wondered if she ever took a day off. Her presentation of the house was way beyond what I imagined was possible and was reflected in the outcome.
