As first home buyers there was a lot for us to learn as we went through the process of viewing and purchasing our new house. Phoebe was super patient with us the whole time, we never felt pressured, but always kept up to date, and she offered us plenty of advice and reassurance that the steps we were taking in terms of due diligence were all reasonable. We never felt like anything was too hard for Phoebe when we were arranging extra viewings or bringing a builder through for inspection. Phoebe even chatted to my 6yo for half an hour so I could talk with the builder - above and beyond. Always professional and organised with everything we needed, ready to meet us where we were.
