Before Mum passed away She insisted to us that Trudi Mckinnon handled the sale of her unit. Trudi was a great friend of Mums but sadly was going through some family matters at the time and requested David handle the sale. I have known Dave for many years , from school and from growing up at Ohope, and knew he was an excellent salesman and candidate to sell Mums unit. On the first weekend that we were prepared to sell, we had misplaced the keys to the unit , so after ringing Dave, he was only too happy to come around and bring his set of keys, apologising for wearing old clothes because he had been working on his land. I didnt care as far as iI was concerned it was just like two old friends catching up. Dave was totally professional and down to earth straight away and did an excellent job throughout. I would totally recommend him to any client ,both selling or buying.

The house we bought was not on our looking list, however I came across the open home flag, Lewis was low key and not pushy, at the same time offering his vast knowledge about other properties in the similar price bracket, along with local history. Lewis was very professional with our offers and all communications were promptly delivered and responded too.
