We worked with Phoebe over a number of weeks with respect to a home that we wished to purchase. The process involved three offers, all of which were rejected by the Vendor. Phoebe kept in touch with us throughout and worked very hard to make the deal work for both parties. She appreciated and welcomed our feedback as we continued on our quest to secure the property. Clearly there was a lot of discussion between the vendor and their agent Phoebe and we believe that with Phoebe’s persistence the vendors decided to accept our offer that they had previously rejected. Lewis was honest from the start. He continually kept in contact via phone or email. Always available if I needed to ask any questions.
