We have been living on the Gold Coast for fourteen years and now living in Auckland and will eventually go backwards and forwards from NZ to the GC We needed to find suitable Townhouse that was secure and good value for both of us, before we met Mark and Nicky we had been to about every town house in the West it was very daunting process dealing with a lot of salespeople who were in-experienced and never followed up. We were in Auckland for one week, found what we wanted to buy and rang the Real Estate agency from the building site. Nicky was able to see us straight away that Thursday and provided a brochure on the development. We were able to read the other documents we needed on their website on Thursday night. Nicky found the answers to our subsequent queries promptly, created the sale and Purchase document and was able to see us so we could sign our offer on Friday. That was helpful to our tight time frame.

Inder was very helpful in our buying process - we first met him at a property that we thought wasn't suitable for our family but he organised many other appropriate houses to view as we were struggling to find something that was just right.
