I was referred to Nicky by my good friends Rodger and Carol whose home she had sold a while ago.
From the first contact Nicky was the consummate professional. Throughout the process every query was dealt with by her, Mark, and the whole of Team Malloy in such a way that we were able to have a relatively stress free journey. She maintained good contact at all times so there were no surprises. Nicky was very good at explaining the various steps in the process and I never felt at any stage that I was not in charge of what was going on. The end result was a successful Auction which gained the best result for all concerned. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nicky and Team Malloy to anyone considering putting their home on the market.

I had a good experience and Inder was very helpful.
Inder knows what he's talking about, you can tell he's been in the business for a while. He was very helpful through the whole process. Was not expecting a girl at the end so that was a nice surprise.

Professional and personable
Nicky and all of Team Malloy were great to deal with. They were helpful with any questions we had, quick with communication and bought a large number of buyers through our property resulting in a pre-auction offer the we were really happy with. The sale price well exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an agent in West Auckland as Nicky knows the area really well.

The hardest working woman in the west!
Professional yet warm and friendly, responsive, organised, and knowledgeable and an absolute all round real estate legend. Nicky (and her family) know how to sell houses! So happy with the overall experience and result, we would highly recommend Team Malloy to anyone buying or selling in Auckland.

Nicky was absolutely amazing to deal with.

Professional and caring
We met Inder Tak at 47 Hartley Terrace in Massey. Being very busy on weekends, we couldn’t attend open homes at scheduled times and asked Inder to view the property at our convenient time. He responded with great attitude and flexibility. Inder always had time to reply to our multiple inquiries. He can make his clients feel comfortable and special.

Friendly, Professional and hard working
We decided to ask Inder to market our rental property after we were very happy with the result after he sold our family home 4 yrs earlier. True to form, Inder and his wife, Smita, were up to the task, even though this sale turned up more than a few hiccups along the way. Inder communicates really well, both by phone and by formal reports after each open home, giving honest feedback at all times. Inder did a wonderful job
I could not fault Inder in his role as my agent. He was upfront and honest about all aspects of my home, negatives as well as positives. He made sure everything was done to the letter of the law. His advice and knowledge of what is expected was spot on. He was always very patient and understanding while I took a year to decide whether or not I would sell. He was not pushy or demanding as you so often find with agents. I was very impressed with his professionalism as well as his performance, patience and commitment to my sale.
