Overall a positive experience, but think that there could have been more advice on price settings and the realities of the market at present. We overvalued the property, and we were brought to reality somewhat, but the auction side of things was a bit hyped. In retrospect, we should have gone directly to market rather than bother with the auction. But the proof of the pudding is in the tasting, and we got a good fair deal with few strings, even if it were not as much as we were hoping. I would go back to them if we ever decide to buy or sell.
