We bought the property via Nicky 13 years ago. She was so helpful and had a great personality that we engaged her to sell the property. Nicky and her team are amazing in their interaction with us, keeping us abreast of everything we need to do to sell the house. Being overseas, it is reassuring to know that they will organise everything on our behalf. Once again, thanks Team Malloy!

Was pretty hard at first but with the right people and their help made everything easy for us

I found Team Malloy to be highly responsive and very professional, with their help my property was very quickly staged and marketed to a very high standard. The property was under multiple offers within 10 days of it being on the market and consequently sold in less than 1 month. Highly recommend!

We first met Nicky over 10 years ago when we bought a property through her. This time, we had the whole Malloy team involved with the selling of our house. Mark organised contractors for us where required. Nicky and Georgia constantly kept us informed about the interest in our home. And last but not least, Emma did all the administrative work. A big Thank You to Team Malloy! We couldn't have chosen a better agent. Their professionalism and knowledge about the local market was very reassuring especially as we were based overseas. Definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their property in West Auckland.

Nicky is an excellent Real Estate Agent, with great knowledge of the current market and requirements to sell a property. Success of the sale of our property has greatly depended on her selling skills. Her advise to us to prepare the property for sale has been very valuable and successful in the sale.

Kathy was very helpful. Responds to texts in the evening and weekends. Experienced agent. Very prompt. Would use Harcourts again if I had to sell a house

From the moment I called Kathy having kept one of her fridge magnets from a sale of a neighbours house, I knew she was the right person to list and sell my property. She is genuine, friendly and thorough and works tirelessly to achieve the best results for you. Nothing is too much and her demeanour shows in how she quickly identifies potential buyers for your property. Want to sell your house? Call Kathy!

Nicky and Team Malloy were by far the best real estate agency I have worked with, both privately and professionally. They gave expert advice, support and their local and industry knowledge was above any agency I have used. Nicky went far beyond the usual requirements to assist and her customer support, professionalism, pragmatism and trustworthiness means I will use her in all future real estate dealings. I cannot thank her enough for the support.
