We feel very lucky to have had Sherry help us with the purchase of 10 Kamana Rd. He was always professional and thorough in answering my husband’s questions, e.g when we were concerned about the back side of lot 66, he provided the latest info and supporting evidence, which gave us real peace of mind. When we were asked at short notice to apply for the KO letters, he went out of his way to speak with his lawyer to find out more info for us and did his best to negotiate with the vendor for the extension to our finance condition.
