Rachel and Kathy are amazing. I had listed the house with another agency, which got me 6 months of nothing, so I was a little jaded when I signed up to B&T. But Rachel, Kathy, and their wide team of buyers agents were able to get four offers the first weekend that the place went on the market with them. I genuinely can not recommend them more highly. They were professional, efficient, effective, solutions focused, and got a great outcome in a challenging market. 10/10.

From the first day we met Karen, she started working for us (weeks before we signed the formal "engagement contract from Barfoot & Thompson)... Her knowledge, her vision, the selling potential of our property she could see it all before we ever could. Apart from being such an awesome person, kind, understanding, her conduct at all times was highly professional, she even volunteered her own time to help us out with the "grunt" work if needed. We found ourselves blessed with Karen as our Agent, she staged our property with such professional prowess that we sold it within a month. Andy helped us sell our house. He was flexible, working around our schedule, available whenever we needed. He was communicative, letting us know what was happening and explaining to us our options. He was results focussed, securing multiple offers in a very tough down market we still managed to sell our place within a short timeframe and above CV. The fact that Andy was backed by the Barfoot network was a big plus. Multiple offers including the final one we accepted were via the Barfoot agent network. We had considered selling the place ourselves directly but I don't think we'd have been able to get as much interest as Andy was able to secure.

Andy was and still is so dedicated and caring as an agent, which is rare. He feels like he is apart of our family. He was insightful and prompt with his responses.
