Andy helped us sell our house. He was flexible, working around our schedule, available whenever we needed. He was communicative, letting us know what was happening and explaining to us our options. He was results focussed, securing multiple offers in a very tough down market we still managed to sell our place within a short timeframe and above CV. The fact that Andy was backed by the Barfoot network was a big plus. Multiple offers including the final one we accepted were via the Barfoot agent network. We had considered selling the place ourselves directly but I don't think we'd have been able to get as much interest as Andy was able to secure.

Andy was and still is so dedicated and caring as an agent, which is rare. He feels like he is apart of our family. He was insightful and prompt with his responses.
