Andy, we are very grateful for your assistance throughout this whole buying and selling process. Your advise along the way made it easier for us to make decisions as well and we are thankful that settlement date is not too far off now so that we can start enjoying living in our new property. Really appreciated your dedication in coming to hold open homes for us at Ranui, West Auckland from Glenfield, Northshore almost every weekend till the sale happened. Totally recommend to others - Andy truly has some great tips and advise with his market knowledge so he is the guy for you for your next purchase/sale of your property! THANKS A TON ANDY!

We had the pleasure of Kinbou as our real estate agent. We choose Kinbou on his history, knowledge and experience within our suburb we were selling in. He was very easy to deal with. We were first time sellers and he took the lead without pressure and made the overall experience stress-free. His communication and passion for what he does was brilliant and put us at ease. We had a great outcome and would highly recommend Kinbou.

We found Kinbou Zhang to be good hard working agent with a methodical approach. He assessed the market and gave us some insights to selling our property in a Buyer's Market. He is knowledgeable and also ready to help in anyway he can. We will recommend him to anyone interested in buying or selling a property.

From listing on the market until a happy unconditional sale was achieved on tender closing date, it only took three weeks. In this slow market, It's unexpectedly good. Kinbou is experienced, professional, and very good at marketing properties. His approach to negotiation is agreeable and impressive. Very happy at his service and the result he borught to me. Strongly recommend him to help you sell your property too.

We wish to sing the praises of Rachel when we bought our new home. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable of the current market & went out of her way to keep us regularly updated. With her great communication skills we were able to view, make an acceptable offer, go unconditional & complete, all within 10 days. Thankyou Rachel, we love our new place :-))

We've engaged Andy and he had been very much helpful throughout our journey. Andy went above and beyond what a typical agent would do and assisted us in various other ways too, even gave us advises on fixing our shower head and selling our fridge. We could contact him day and night and he was happy to assist us. We would engage him again if we were to buy/sell a property again and introduce him to our family and friends.

Team Molloy did a great job for us in spite of a very unpredictable market at the time we sold. Lisa was always there with her support and knowledge. As a couple that hadn’t sold a property for 36 years it was very stressful but Lisa Ian and Bex did a great job with the marketing and total support throughout. Lisa always replied to phone or text messages very quickly when we were concerned about something. They kept us informed all the time. We would highly recommend Lisa and team to anyone thinking of selling.

Lars has tremendous patience and experience. Helped us understand each stage of process from planning, marketing, staging, auction and negotiation of the old houses we sold. Special about our experience was he scarified so much of his own time taking us to view the houses we were to purchase .... I didn't have this experience when I bought the first house from elsewhere.
