The buying process for the house we purchased has been a very long one due to purchasing a new build and the finalising of checks from Council taking a little longer than we expected. Throughout the process though Andy has been very attentive with quick responses to all of queries and concerns throughout. During the buying process we always ask lots of questions and Andy was only too happy to answer or get the answers for us. We would recommend Andy to anyone buying a new property!

Selling and buying houses can be a stressful process, but Kinbou has helped us to make the process very streamlined, manageable, and more enjoyable. My partner and I are both extremely busy with our work, so Kinbou’s efficient communication and planning skills was a huge help to us. He was very skilled with analysing market information, presenting data in formats that were useful to us, and providing appropriate and timely guidance on various aspects of the purchasing process. Apart from the above, Kinbou was extremely diligent, he responded to all our enquiries in timely and professional manner. When we decided to check out a new neighbourhood that is rather unfamiliar, Kinbou worked late to come up with a detailed lists of house viewing based on our pre-requisites; this made our experience a lot more relaxed and enjoyable, and in fact we felt we were just going on a tour on that day. I guess an excellent real estate agent is also a bit like a tour guide - the journey might be filled with wonders and uncertainties, but your guide is just right there with you.

We chose Yan as our agent based on her impressive experience and sales in the area and she did not disappoint.
