To say that she took a tremendous amount of pressure off of me throughout the selling / buying process would be an understatement. Her total transparency, willingness to patiently answer every question (often more than once) and kindly proffer advice (when asked) was very much appreciated. I got the price I wanted on my sale, and I got the house and price I wanted on my buy. I have already done so twice and will continue to recommend Karen to anyone I know who is looking for an agent.
