I have used Ian and Lisa previously on another property which was challenging, but they got the job done despite the challenges. This one was much more straight forward and the property sold very quickly. They are professional and have a good knowledge of the market in the Glenfield area. This allows them to give realistic market rates, not overstating just to get the client and they have a good database of buyers. Communication is good, open and honest. Highly recommend them as professional real estate agents.

I have known Dutch van Guens since about five years ago when we were initially considering selling our house in Glenfield and he did an appraisal for us. So last year when I decided at last to sell I was always going to get him and Barfoot and Thompson involved. Over a long few months while the house was prepared for sale Dutch was very attentive to the needs of a really elderly lady in selling it and was a great support in helping arrange the open homes for that lead to a successful sale. He visited many times to report progress and I found he had a very pleasant manner and was kind and caring. We recently asked Andre to sell 2 properties for us - our rental and our home. Each time we found Andre to be very knowledgeable about the Glenfield market, what had been selling and why. He gave excellent advice on what work we needed to do before going to market. His advice on the best way to market and sell each house was professional and considered. The staging company he recommended staging company made both houses look fantastic. Each week we would get a summary of the groups that had been to the open homes. We received very good tender offers for both properties. One of them hit a bump after the building report came back and Andre’s contacts and expertise at dealing with the buyers demands helped to resolve a very stressful situation. At all times Andre was very responsive to our emails, calls and texts. We felt his advice was spot on and professional.
