Kinbou came to our house and was very polite and straight away explained to us on how to put our house on the market. He also did a very good research on plaster houses sold recently nearby. He’s quick in response every time I have a questions. We received a few offers on tender closing date and accepted one of the best offers which became unconditional shortly after. Andre had good market knowledge of the area and I felt confident that he knew what he was doing. He kept me up to date with where the marketing of my property was at and how many attended the open home weekends. He also provided good feedback from the people that had visited the property.
