Overall my experience with Scott was very good. Scott is very professional and well organised. He has surrounded himself with an efficient team with means the administration side of the sale is taken care of. Scott is very personable and extremely respectful of the people he deals with. Like all successful agents he is busy but he manages this well. Scott gave me a realistic expectation for the eventual value of the property. He gave good advice as to what needed to be done to maximise value without wasting effort. This showed his experience in these matters. Scott knows the Franklin market and the sorts of buyers in this area very well.
