Overall my experience with Scott was very good. Scott is very professional and well organised. He has surrounded himself with an efficient team with means the administration side of the sale is taken care of. Scott is very personable and extremely respectful of the people he deals with. Like all successful agents he is busy but he manages this well. Scott gave me a realistic expectation for the eventual value of the property. He gave good advice as to what needed to be done to maximise value without wasting effort. This showed his experience in these matters. Scott knows the Franklin market and the sorts of buyers in this area very well. Although the final sale price was below my expectations I think we achieved the best price the market had to offer on the day. I would not hesitate use Scott again. Regards Garry Allport.

We engaged Luke after a failed attempt to sell - over many months - with another agency. We were selling in an area that would only appeal to a small percentage of the market, and so the pool of buyers were much smaller than selling in a town or city. Our two properties were a luxury home, and a partly developed section with plans for the build inside a gated rural community. Luke devised a fresh marketing campaign, planned out where to carry the advertising, open homes and utilised his large group of colleagues in the many branches of the agency to pull in more potential buyers than we had seen before. He was persistent with our prospective buyers, always available and very good at keeping us well informed. We would highly recommend listing with Luke, and will certainly do it again ourselves next time we have a property to sell.
