I chose Scott to market my house because he knows the house well, he sold the same house three times. I have been to Scott's other open homes many times and never bought any from Scott until one day I decided to sell my house in Mangatangi. I trust Scott will be the perfect person to sell my house . Scott and his team are professional, responsible and reliable.

Chris was recommended to us to use from a couple of other people. He gave us great support every step of the way through our sale of our property. He kept in touch with us on a regular basis giving us feedback from the market and continually assisted in keeping our property foremost in people's minds. His knowledge of the market was always accurate and he was always honest and upfront with us on any changes needed so we could keep moving in the correct way in this ever changing market of ours. Great personality, helped to make the journey as fun as he could. It was a pleasure to work with Chris and his team and I would highly recommend him any day.

Scott has extensive market knowledge with a well oiled marketing machine behind his sales. The marketing plan might seem expensive but it covers what is needed to sell a property. Scott sold our bare land up on Drury Hills during a difficult time in the market for a reasonable price. Work with Scott and you can expect results!

We recently put our property on the market with William Tyndall. We were highly impressed with his professionalism, honesty and calming manner. The process of selling was made very easy due to Williams excellent communication skills, and the support given to us by his personal assistant, Kiri. They are a great team, and we would highly recommend them. Well done. Charlie & Anne Puckett

In this buyers market, it’s quite hard to get the property sold within a tight timeframe, however, Lifen has been very positive throughout the process and kept us informed for every stage. We are happy with the result we got and thanks Lifen for your assistance in selling our house.

It was a good experience dealing with Scott who was professional and courteous in my dealings both pre and post purchase. We managed to reach and agreement quite quickly without much rigmarole, thanks to his handling of the offer. Overall good service and will happily deal with him in the future.

Louise and Brendon were awesome to deal with right from the viewing. Very friendly and warm with no question or request being too hard or silly for them, especially considering we were first home buyers with no prior knowledge of auction processes! Will definitely deal with them both in future :)

Diana is an extraordinary Real Estate Agent with a talented team behind her. Diana expertly advised us on how to get our property ‘market ready’. We took on all of Diana’s advice and executed it. Diana was hugely generous with her time and was extremely encouraging. Always focused with a bright , big smile. Selling your family home can be a stressful time, however working with Diana was an absolutely incredible experience.. simple, straightforward and we got a phenomenal result. We loved every minute of working with Diana Cussen. Thank you so much again Diana.

Where do I start… I met Diana at an open home for a beautiful property nearby. Diana was an expert in the properties details .. and I quickly got up to speed with the quality and property specifics. I then invited Diana to review my own property in which she came and took her time to thoroughly become familiar with. I then asked for advice on how to get our property ‘market ready’. I took all of her excellent advice and recommendations, put our property on the market, and it was sold post a ‘multi’ situation after the first weekend of open homes. We were then cashed up and able to purchase the home I fell in love with.. where I met Diana. My experience was phenomenal. Diana is an extraordinary Real Estate Agent and she has a brilliant team behind her.
