Tania takes charge, shows endless initiative, and is utterly tenacious about getting things done. Tania was completely open and honest with me throughout the entire process, guided me through things I didn't quite understand, and never lost patience with my many questions. She communicated rigorously, and I was never left wondering about what stage we were at or what was happening. Tania was always realistic about the situation, and didn't try to mislead my expectations, firmly grounding me the whole way.
