We had the pleasure of working with Ankush as the agent representing a house we wanted to purchase. Our entire sale and purchase was a nightmare, including a difficult negotiation, however Ankush was amazing to deal with. He always responded to our questions quickly, and was happy to accommodate any requests. When it came to the crunch, Ankush came up with a fantastic but unusual idea to get the sale across the line - as we were not able to meet the vendor's requirements in purchase price, Ankush suggested adjusting our offer to include as many "8's" as possible, being a lucky number in the Chinese culture....So in the end an additional $888 secured us the home (rather than ten's of thousands!). We absolutely recommend Ankush, and are very grateful for all his hard work!
