I would like to take the opportunity to thank Neil for working very diligently to obtain a mutually happy outcome for both me, as a purchaser and for the vendor. At open homes, Neil was most helpful and if I had any tricky questions, quickly communicated with the vendor to obtain the answers. Appointments to view the property outside of the open home time schedule were easily and readily accommodated too. Neil worked swiftly when a title problem was discovered and consistently kept in good contact with all parties involved regarding the evolving developments/problem solving to ensure the smoothest of transitions possible. Neil is very personable, and seemed to have gained an insight as to my personality and things that were of significance to me which meant it was easy to conduct business with him.
