Our experience was very quick from the time we saw the property until our successful auction. Nothing was a problem, all the information was available and explained. We received a phone call from Sandy to let us know that we were going a txt and email. We did receive the txt messages and emails reminding us what we need to do to prepare for the auction including a follow up call.
