Maree was a really lovely agent to deal with. She was prompt and showed us through a property outside of normal viewings times and we felt she was really honest in her thoughts and ideas on the property. She was quick to always respond and lead isn’t through the process really well.

Maree was an exceptional agent, she was great with explaining the process, and answered all of out questions with ease. Throughout the campaign she was diligent and communicated throughly after each open home, and with the progress. We would use Maree again for our next sale and we highly recommend her as a agent :)

We had a unique home to sell and Simone worked with our extended family to secure a result that we were happy with. She knew the area well and was professional when things were challenging. Simone was great with communication and the bonus for our school was very well received. We would happily recommend her to sell your house.

Maree communication is amazing with constant feedback about each step of the process and looking out for both the vendor and the purchaser. I was the purchaser in this instance and we were dealing with a delicate situation and it was amazing how Maree handled everything and provided constant updated until we finished the contract and went unconditional and I am confident this will continue until settlement. Thanks Maree, really appreciate the house.

We listed our house with Simone after marketing the property ourselves and losing a potential deal to Covid19. We were very wary of Real Estate agents and chose Simone for her history of sales in the area and because she seemed interested in what was important to us. And very importantly really believed she could sell our house. She was realistic about the length of time it could take to sell in this area and didnt give us any rubbish sales talk. She brought many people through our property to view and gave us feedback on everyone. She worked alongside us and when the final deal looked like it was over due to the purchasers and our price being a long way apart, Simone went back and made it happen. She then spent numerous hours helping to negotiate the finer points along side us. For these reasons we believe Simone is an outstanding Real Estate agent and she secured our trust and faith that she wanted what was best for us in this process and we are very grateful for all her help and hard work. As far as we are con cerned Simone is fabulous and we would sing her praises to anyone looking for an agent.

When we first engaged Maree we had not completed renovations on the house. She was able to discuss what and how to complete projects to get our house market ready. Maree dropped in over the weeks helping us to stay on track. She has a great eye for staging, adjusting things to make the place shine prior to photos being taken and open homes. Maree's years of experience and informative comunication was evident, resulting with an amazing sells result within a week. We are so thankful for her vitaliy and positiveness and can not recommend her highly enough to anyone thinking of selling. She will be the first person we seek next time on the market.

Maree has been there for us every step of the way, her communication and availability made this process seamless in a very stressful time of selling for us. Shes a hard worker, thinks outside the box and always goes the extra mile. I like that Maree is genuine and and trust worthy which I believe puts us and the prospective buyers at ease because they feel comfortable with her and she can relate to all walks of life. Shes great under pressure which is fantastic because we always have a fast turn around with our properties. She always delivers over and above what she promises on market pricing which we love and why we have maintained our a loyalty to Maree as our agent each time we sell another one of our properties. From the moment we met Maree following a cold call she made, the whole sales process could not have gone any better. It was very easy to see why Maree is the top sales person the area [Milford/Forest Hill]. Maree had extensive knowledge of sales in the area having sold many of the houses . Maree was very professional and considerate in the way she dealt with all the challengers and restrictions during the Covid lockdown and was still able to manage viewings, pre auction offers and finally the auction whilst during the whole process keeping us fully informed and secureing a fantastic result.
