Esther sold three houses for me, all of them was sold within one week！ I have to say that she is just sooooo great and reliable. Giving her the listing, is all I need to do. I don't need to worry about anything. She will organize everything for me, the report, the marketing, even the staging, and she will come to my home to check whether the staging meets her standard, if not, she will ask the staging company to replace, sometimes she will bring her own decorations to make it up to her standard. She is the only agent always comes with two box of bulbs while viewing the staging because she wants to turn on all the lights include the lamps on bedside table. She prepares cookies for people come to open home (she told me cookie with the smile makes it real home), she visit neighbors with gift to get support and cooperation from them...
