Selling a property is often a stressful time and so I think it is important to choose a good agent that you feel you can work with to get the desired result. Maree was great in so many ways and made the process so much more pleasant and easier that it might otherwise have been. She was always positive and clearly worked hard on finding the right buyer for the property. It is particularly challenging selling a tenanted property but this was no problem for Maree and she worked well with the tenant and kept them informed as well.
