Andy has been great to work with. I would summarize our experience with him as: 1) very responsive - via email and or phone, no matter how silly my question was and I'm sure I had one or two. Andy was quick to respond and without judgement (which was really important to my wife and I) 2) respective 3) thoughtful - always took the time to understand what I was trying to say 4) unassuming 5) willing to see things from our perspective 6) felt assured that he was representing the interest of both the vendor and the purchaser 7) tried to find a solution that worked for all My wife and I have only ever purchased two homes before, so we didn't feel that confident going through the process and even though we are supported by lawyers/builders/valuers. I ultimately felt that I could trust Andy, that we wouldn't be intentionally misinformed etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending and or using Andy in any future purchasers.
