I knew Misaki for a long time. She helped us bought a nice property few years ago. When we decided to sell this time, there is no other sales person came out to my mind except her. She is always patient, passionated and always gone over and above! She and Nic form a wonderful team just like salt and pepper. I feel nothing but only trust on her.

Misaki is a true gem, she's friendly, passionate, knowledgeable and honest. We achieved an amazing result on our recent sale and Misaki is our go-to agent who we have both bought and sold with several times now. She is a wonderful communicator who makes you feel so valued and like nothing is too much of an effort for her - you really couldn't ask for more from an agent.

Having been in Real Estate for a number of years, I knew what I was looking for in choosing the agent to sell our property . Having met Maree more recently I liked and have been impressed with her energy, enthusiasm and straightforward approach. From the time we appointed Maree to sell our property, I felt very comfortable with the way she handled the whole process. We have had frequent communications (essential for a Vendor) and knew what was happening throughout. Maree never doubted we would have a sale and her positive attitude was very encouraging. As we were kept aware of interest during the weeks prior to Auction, there was no anxiety about the possible outcome. Thank you Maree for making it such an easy, pleasant process.

The purchase of our new home all happened in a relatively short-time of viewing the open home. Maree answered all our questions and provided me with comparable sales info within hours of asking. We decided to put in a pre-auction offer and Maree drafted up all the documents and had the Vendors approval and the auction was brought forward, all within a few days even though we were under Level 3 lockdown! She was very professional and guided us through the process effortlessly. We have no problem recommending Maree to Vendors looking to sell; she will get it done.

Maree has been a pleasure to work with, she is very friendly and helpful. She had a good level of understanding about the property and was very speedy in providing further information if she didn't know the answer. We had been through the auction process many times and found Maree's support and advice to be very clear and honest, which ultimately helped us in making the right decisions. She was really easy to contact and communicate with and we had no problems getting access to the property when needed. Thanks for all your help Maree :)

Gavin and his support agent Michelle were at all times very professional in their dealings with us as potential - and subsequently successful - purchasers. All our queries were answered rapidly and most importantly with complete honesty. Whilst obviously very busy they were always available to deal with our various requirements. Well done Team Roberts.

We have had the most amazing experience with Maree during the sale of our home. Right from the initial appraisal, Maree took the time and care to deliver exceptional service, answering all our questions and reassuring us along the way. Maree has been overly communicative, giving us regular updates and always being available to speak when needed. We are thrilled with our sale price and will definitely use Maree again, should we be in the market to buy or sell.
