When we went through the process of selecting an agent there were many things that was important to us and we wanted to ensure that any agent we picked not only worked for us but were good with prospective buyers. Mehran and Geraldine made really good recommendations for presenting our house, had great marketing suggestions and even came and helped our stager with staging the house. Their communication was honest, straight forward and the service they provided was very professional. They worked with us for outside of open home viewings ensuring that we could meet the request and also cater for our elderly dog. The auction proved to be very successful and we sold the house in 9 days at a price that surprised us which reflects on the quality of the marketing campaign and the effort put in during the time the property was on the market. Would not hesitate to recommend them to any seller.
