We bumped into Nicole early on in our viewings. She asked us lots of questions and got to know our needs/wants, likes/dislikes quickly and from then on offered to help us with our search. She suggested many great houses and came to most of the viewings with us. She was candid with her opinions, reminded us if were interested to do our due diligence which saved us making a few mistakes in our choices and found us our forever home in Torbay. She supported us throughout the process, gave us great advice/recommendations as we had not bought here in NZ before and we felt confident making our decisions and going to auction. With it being the first time selling,being overseas and within a big downturn in the market it was pretty stressful and so to have Geraldine in the midst was so stabilizing.
