I first meet Jo when i purchased my house 6 years ago and she wasn't my agent, she was the sellers. She was friendly, personable, professional, helpful and experienced in the market in NZ. I was first time home buyer and had zero clues as to what to do and Jo helped me through the process with professionalism and integrity. She never once took advantage of my lack of knowledge. We kept in touch over the years and i would often she her when i was walking my dog and she was really genuine. I knew if i were ever to sell my house that Jo would be the agent. Well that day came and Jo walked me through the process with the paperwork, costs, market, etc., which really helped me to understand how to move forward. Prior to the house going on the market, Jo provided us with professional advice on what we needed to do to get the house shining - things like remove everything, people want to imagine themselves in the house, paint this, remove that, clean this up, etc., It was the best advice and every said the house looked like the pictures. All the way through the process Jo was professional and with lots of integrity. She never lied and helped us navigate a challenging market. If you are thinking about selling a house, Jo will work with you through all of the steps. She is amazing at ensuring that you are supported through your haerenga (journey). Plus she has a sparkling personality which is infectious.
