I first met Clare at her previous company, when asking for a valuation on one of my rental properties. After that first initial meeting, Clare sent me newsletters every month on the state of the market in the area of my properties. So some two years later I decided to sell one of them, Clare was my first call. It was a time with a lull in the market, but Clare took it on, even though we where not getting a lot of traffic through, Clare diligently had open homes 3 times a week without a break until she sold the property. For that I commend her for her commitment to get the job done, which she did in spades. I would have no hesitation in recommending Clare, to any seller/purchaser, and I will certainly use her again, which ever company she is with.
