We would highly recommend Dave McCartney He went above and beyond our expectations. We listed the property on a Tuesday, he had an offer on the Friday, and we had a conditional agreement in 1 week. Then an unconditional agreement 10 working days later. We had high expectations but he and the team exceeded all our expectations. Dave sold our house at Boys Place in double quick time. It went on the market on a Tuesday and he had an offer on the next Friday, only 3 days later. We had an signed conditional agreement on the following Tuesday, which went unconditional within 2 weeks. We have bought another house, so the prompt sale fitted perfectly into our time line.
