After selling our first property with Dave 6 years ago we always knew we’d sell with him again when the time came. As we were selling in a tough Auckland market, which had switched to more of a buyer’s market, Dave was very clear about expectations and strategies he would use to give us the best chance of selling. As we’d already committed to moving in and had to sell it was more a question of how quick would it sell and for how much. We had a short but very effective campaign. In a market where lots of open homes were quiet we had multiple groups through every weekend with several repeats. Every week when we’d catch up with Dave and Nicky there would be new updates from potential buyers and what I appreciated was the excellent feedback details coming through each week. I also get the impression Dave tailors his approach to every vendor. I didn’t want to be inundated with constant comparisons and analysis from other priorities as ultimately the market was going to dictate it for us. Dave was excellent at giving us the updates and key information we needed to know without being overwhelming. I’ve always been terrified of auctions but the key takeaway for us and measure of success was that we went to auction night with multiple registered bidders who came prepared to buy and ultimately we sold our beloved home under the hammer with some competitive bidding which, in this current market, definitely exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend Dave and his team enough. If I was ever buying or selling in the area again there’s no question about who I’d be talking to. I wouldn’t look eisewhere.

End to End - Professionals . I have sold my house using Ray White. I had heard about them through friends & families but had never used them. I dealt with Anna and she was the main contact and person to lead my sale. I have sold and bought houses in the past for over 30 years, so I am not new to this game. I am a single mum, I was dreading how the process would go, what would happen, what do I need to do, how will my house be sold, what is the true market rate, what should I do with the furniture and other items in my house, how should I display my house to the potential buyers, how will the commission work, what is expected of me throughout the process and so many other relevant questions. Our process lasted for 4-6 weeks, they provided me with end to end service as I call it. End to end for me includes: discussing what they can bring to the table before I decide to engage with them, the knowledge base of the surrounding areas of the properties sold, understanding of the commission structure & setup, staging the property, providing genuine & honest feedback to me on my property, explaining in detail the options of selling, structure of the auction process and marketing strategies, marketing plan and how things will work, setting up a chat group on WhatsApp which really helped along the way, keeping me up to date each step of the way, not wasting a single moment, providing regular and timely weekly reports of buyers, supporting and explaining each step on the auction day, having the same gratitude after my property got sold, same as the gratitude shown at the beginning of the process and that — is the difference between the good and the great service of this estate agent. I could have chosen anyone and gone to others to potentially save little but who can put a price on the stress free, honest, upfront, friendly services? Not me. I am very grateful to have simply chosen the best real estate agent - Anna!
