Lili & Vish were a great team. The advertising team presented my beautiful home like a glossy House & Garden magazine. Perfect. I'd noted they sold my neighbour's property in 3 weeks, so chose them. They were professional & got the job done quickly & successfully, without fuss. I only wanted to see numbers through so just looked at this aspect....after all, that's all that matters. Communication was via 'whatsapp' , phone & chatting. Their marketing knowledge was accurate & I sold above reserve. I'm very happy with the result. Realistic numbers and no “smoke and mirrors”. Dave and Leah’s analysis of the market was spot on so we knew what to expect when negotiating with potential buyers. The results speak for themselves - We were under contract within 3 weeks from listing. Dave and Leah didn’t stop working there, a second backup offer presented the following week which gave us certainty our home was sold. By this time we have been searching for our next home for a few months and it seemed all the best listings around Howick were listed with Team McCartney.
