As soon as I trusted Tamsin with the sale of my property it became very clear how experienced and knowledgeable she was about the best way to approach it. She was very friendly, yet professional, with both myself and the potential buyers, and I was always kept up to date. She foresaw and overcame potential problems and was available at all hours to discus and advise. A property sale with Tamsin is in expert hands. My sale was achieved in 3 weeks in a difficult market.

I really enjoyed having Tamsin as the agent for our recent purchase. She's friendly and personable. She knows her stuff, and was an excellent communicative and responsive person to deal with through a purchase that was not all straightforward. We found Tamsin to be solution focused and positive. She always had time for us and kept really open and clear communication throughout the process. Great agent.

Tamsin was so easy to work with, she has a lovely relaxed calming presence. In a market that had changed she was realistic with us from the get go but still valued our blood sweat and tears we had put into getting our house ready for market. She worked tirelessly (with a new born) to always be available for us, answer many questions, staying calm and keeping us calm! We were so happy with our agent choice and outcome of our sale. We would highly recommend her.

Tamsin was great to work with on our first home sale, she is excellent at keeping you up to date. She is also extremely knowledgeable of the local Tawa area, explained all different options available to us and we never felt pressured to make a snap decision. She uses up to date market information, clearly laid out to enable you to make evidence based decisions. She was also able to arrange quality staging for a competitive price and helped us to get contractors in to address minor maintenance. We would happily use her as our agent again.

Tamsin supported us to achieve a timely sale with a price we were comfortable to accept in what was, at the time, a difficult market for sellers. What we appreciated most was the authenticity and pragmatism with which Tamsin worked with us, not giving those salesperson vibes even at the appraisal stage. Tamsin ensures that you are making decisions you are comfortable with whilst providing key insights that give you confidence to make them. Thank you Tamsin for your support to help us achieve our goal.

I brought my first house with Tamsin. She was personable, knowledgeable and patient, dealing with someone who had no knowledge of the house buying process. Tamsin was able to explain things clearly, and was always ready to help. Tamsin made a stressful experience as pain free as possible.

Headline says it all - with the way the market currently is for sellers I thought I might not sell but with Tamsin’s approach we got there! Highly recommend.
