From the interview onwards he gave us the best advice on how to sell, quickly and effectively, how to prepare practically with all the relevant time frames eg LIM’s, inspections etc. all necessary information in order to be fully ready for sale! Anna’s knowledge of what marketing needed to be done to my property was right on the mark. I was always kept informed by phone text or emails. As I live in the South Island and not able to be there in person I could not have asked for a better person to leave in charge.
