From the interview onwards he gave us the best advice on how to sell, quickly and effectively, how to prepare practically with all the relevant time frames eg LIM’s, inspections etc. all necessary information in order to be fully ready for sale! His process is transparent and excellent! Marketing fantastic! We chose some optional extras which were well worth it. His communication is straight forward and respectful (including to our neighbours) and he is always quick to respond. He helped us with presenting our home in its best possible light.
