We felt from the beginning that Stacey was there for us 100%. She has a wide market knowledge of the area, and guided us seamlessly through the sale process. Stacey was always professional, and communicated clearly at all times, answering any questions we had. It really helped to make what could have been a very stressful time so much easier.

Stacey is very professional but always in a friendly open manner. Her local knowledge and experience is a strength which we appreciated. She responds quickly and efficiently which is very pleasing and reassuring. We felt she worked really well with us and genuinely listened to our concerns and sourced answers promptly. Would happily recommend her to anyone wishing to buy or sell their property

Stacey was fantastic to deal with from start to finish which was greatly appreciated as we were 700Ks away from the property. She shared video's and answered all our questions before we travelled to inspect the property first hand before making an offer. She was professional and friendly throughout every stage of our transaction which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommended.

Russell greatly assisted with the renovation and sale of my unit . Living out of the area I thought that this would be a difficult process . However Russell"s expertise, knowledge and professionalism made it a seamless and easy process . The advice he gave was much appreciated and shows his high level of experience. I would highly recommend Russell at Tall Poppy Upper Hutt

Gerald and Sheree have been amazing! It wasn't all smooth sailing, we came across hurdles obstacles u name it. But Gerald was calm and willing to help us get over the line. We couldn't have done it without their patience, persistence and caring attitude. Thank you 😊

Brian is the most professional and talented selling agent I have met before. No need to mention his lower commissioning cost and free staging service compared to others, his detailed-oriented service made me feel he was looking after my property just like his home. His outstanding negotiation skills and selling experience can always help the seller to find the potential buyer who love your home most! I also appreciated his efficient feedback and communication with me to make the selling process went very smoothly. Never regret to choose Brain as my agent!

Yet again Brian has been outstanding. We used Brian some years ago to sell our flats in Upper Hutt and because of his professionalism we chose Brian again to sell our house. As I (Pam) a Retired Legal Executive and completing a lot of conveyancing and dealing with many Real Estate Agents in my previous work we had to employ Brian over all other Agents to complete our sale. Brian has outstanding knowledge of the market and legal processes, dealing with potential purchasers, technical and difficult circumstances in getting documents signed and his communication skills are amazing. If we had more properties to sell or were to purchase we would at a heartbeat employ Brian to assist and complete the transaction(s). We cannot express our gratitude for his assistance in making our sale possible.

Brian has been amazing to work with in selling our house. He has gone above and beyond at every opportunity to help us through the process, to get the best price for us, and to give us advice wherever and whenever needed. Brian is truly an exceptional real estate agent! I distinctly remember when we were deciding which company to go with to sell our house, I was meeting with an agent from a different company and I asked why we should go with them over tall poppy with their flat fee structure. Their answer was "tall poppy can't negotiate as well as we can, you pay us more as we can negotiate more for you with buyers". Well they couldn't have been more wrong! Brian has proven himself to be a Top Negotiator. He secured us an amazing price on our house and never missed an opportunity to negotiate with buyers to get the best value for us. Not only has Brian provided us with excellent communication throughout our selling journey and competitively negotiated for us, but he has done so with a smile the whole time! You couldn't ask for a nicer agent who is willing to go the extra mile. Thanks again Brian for all of your help with selling our house, we really appreciate it and wish you all the best :-) Liz and Doug.
