I am indebted to Anna Geremia - Young for the wonderful management of the preparation, and sale of my late mother's home. It was difficult to cope with grief and to come to the acceptance that the family home of 50 years is cleared out among so many wonderful memories. Anna showed excellence in keeping the family-focussed towards the ultimate sale but without applying pressure in the time of our fresh grief, She showed utter respect for our late mother and the home and garden that MUM loved. Communication was always excellent and we knew at all times the schedules of open homes and private visits and ongoing progress on offers and negotiation. A very successful offer was received and the home eventually passed on to a young family who will care for and continue the warmth and love in the home as my late mother wished for. They say that sometimes it is not best to do business with friends, however, Anna who has been a personal friend for a good number of years, all I can say is that our friendship has been further enhanced through her fairness, integrity, and supportive nature to achieve a win-win for all parties involved.

Anna was extremely thorough explained the whole procedure in an easy friendly way. We were kept updated constantly- we knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. Good morning We recently had Gerard and Sheree list and sell a home at 5 Ashforth Street, Wainuiomata. Gerard and Sheree were totally committed during the whole listing time. Every week an update was sent and was followed up by a phone call. We were encouraged to call them if we had any questions or query’s. At all times they were professional whilst maintaining friendly and welcoming contact.
