Excellent customer service
Has a lot of knowledge that he told us about. What to improve and replace in house before market and made the whole thing very smooth and easy, which is good for me as I work a lot. Very impressed

I know it wasn't the easiest property to prepare, and I know that we couldn't have done it as successfully with any other agent. Stacey is a real "customer person" - listens, understands, efficient and thorough in all respects.
Stacey is a professional in her position - I couldn't fault her. She was sooooo helpful and went a long way beyond what I expected. She made good suggestions which were very appropriate to a vendor, and carried out all my needs well, in selling the house....In addition to selling, she also helped me in many ways when buying of my new place in the South Island.....She even spoke with the agent there and found answers to a number of my questions...
