She offered some excellent advise regarding the presentation of my home for the market and supported me to stage the bedrooms. My respect for the real estate business has soared after working with Vanessa and Steven. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. My experience of selling a home was zero. After living here for almost 25 years, and pretty much building everything, the attachment and memories run deep. So the process of over two months of hard work getting the place ready to be sold was at times a challenge, to say the least. Vanessa and Steven took all of my struggle in their stride, which meant a great deal, especially as the job was not straight forward due to compliance issues. Nevertheless, Vanessa and Steven generated huge interest in my home, from as far away as Berlin. The Sunday open homes were visited by significant numbers despite sad weather. The extraordinary photography work showed my home at it's best, and almost made me change my mind! The advice Vanessa and Steven gave me on prep work at the outset helped set me off on a makeover lasting several weeks which has paid off. They both also came to see me at the beginning of the year when I was undecided about selling, and gave me a free rental appraisal which I acted upon, and within days I had a tenant. So when I finally decided to sell, having seen the approaching interest rate tsunami, I automatically chose Vanessa and Steven. It has been quite a journey, and I'm still coming to terms with it, but I'm very thankful to Vanessa and Steven for their work and kind support through what has been a life changing experience for me. A friendly cheerful person, Jay den's happy personality was a pleasure to work with. He gave information that was helpful in making decisions with the times of the market. He understood and respectfully cared how things were going. Keeping in touch with phone calls, text and emails with reports, communication was good. I had no worries when it came to open homes I felt I was leaving my house and contents in safe trusted hands. At the end when house sold he was willing to just go the extra mile and extended any help that was needed.
