Robyn did a good job from the appraisal in a difficult and changing market through to settlement. She helped guide through the process, which wasn't a straightforward one, was tenacious, followed up all leads, made sure she understood my property, and was reassuring through the various stages. I would definitely recommend Robyn. One of the best agents I have dealt with.

Highly recommend, and commend Gerard and Shiree for their efforts in selling our unit . With a deflated market , and less buyers , Gerard and Shiree worked with the few buyers who were seriously looking , and helped the first home buyers , who were the eventual new owners , through some hurdles to achieve a great result . Highly recommend Team Eising , and in particular Gerard who we had most of our dealings with .

It has been a real pleasure to work with Russell and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent to sell my home. Russell has kept me well informed throughout the entire process, ensuring that I was up to date with every little step along the way. He gave solid and realistic advice to maximise the potential with my property, which ultimately resulted in a fairly quick sale with a smooth settlement. I highly recommend Russell as a trustworthy, helpful, friendly and experienced agent with great local knowledge and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again in the future.

Me and my parents saw 24 Reynolds street which is in Taita. We are really looking for house for 4-5 months but we did not find that suitable to us. We saw this and really like to view the house. So without wasting time I immediately gave a call to Gerard. The best thing is the house had been in market just for one day, anyway he arrange us to view the house next day. I worked with many agents but compared to them Gerard and her daughter sherre is really approached in a friendly way. I am very happy to work with toward hunting my home and also they help us a lot. Finally without them we can’t able to find better home.

Gerard has worked tirelessly for us since we first listed this and even during the public holidays which I thought was so great. Showed how much he wanted this sale for us and helping us through this with his advice was so valuable. Sheree was also amazing helping us through the paperwork, making things so easy for us to understand. Thank you Gerard and Sheree xx

I found Anna very professional and expert in her field when recently buying from her. She was responsive to my questions and did her utmost to keep me up to date. She managed my expectations exceptionally so I knew what was going to happen and when. She never made me feel she was after the hardsell and she went out of her way (being in contact while overseas), to help me towards my decision. I would definitely recommend working with her for anyone selling or buying a property
