I saw another property before this one but because I had to spend money on doing some things first before moving in I had to say no. Brian contacted me again on the property I put an offer on as it ticked all my boxes and he worked really hard to come to me putting an offer in it and communication between myself and the vendors through Brian was amazing. We were overseas for some parts of the sale process and they were super helpful with their availability to chat to us in different time zones.
