We found Russell easy to deal with and quick to contact us or respond to our queries. Right from the start he communicated promptly. We went to tall poppy partly due to the fixed sale fee but Russells quick engagement settled this and he maintained this throughout our house process. Our house was under offer within 2 weeks and unconditional less than 2 weeks after that. We were selling our property in another town from us so I did not meet Russell in person but he was personable and easy to interact with via phone and email. I was impressed with the ease of process also and the follow up from the wider Tall Poppy team to ensure service standards were being met. Russell was empathetic to our selling situation also and interacted well with our tenants who were inside throughout the process. Would recommend Russell any day.
