Glenn kept me informed all the way throughout the process and achieved a result beyond my expectations. The process was very easy and required very little input from me other than ensuring I was happy with how things were going....which I was.

Glenn and the Tommy's team were great to work with and always available to answer queries. Glenn had great knowledge of the market and laid out everything for us in simple terms. Our expectations throughout the sale process were well managed from the outset and Glenn provided a clear and agreeable understanding of the process.

Alexia helped our family sell our family home of 45 odd years. Was an emotional time and Alexia was very understanding of this. She is a great agent. Spoke frankly with us. Didn't oversell the property yet managed to get us top dollars. Would highly recommend her to both vendors and purchasers. A pure pleasure to deal with.

Alexia redeemed real estate agents for me. She works really hard and makes you feel like you are her most important client. I would (and have) recommend her highly.

Glenn did great marketing job and also negotiated to get the price and deal that worked for both me and the buyer going the extra mile and selling it while I was overseas but allowing me time to complete the jobs before settlement!

We have worked with Alexia to sell two properties in different market segments. On each occasion her different strategies achieved top of the range results within a short timeframe. She is passionate about what she does; and motivated to do all she can to achieve the best deal. She was always easy to contact and responsive. We'd use her services again without hesitation! Both my husband and I consider ourselves lucky to be referred to Alexia by our Property Manager Robert Newman. She demonstrated great Real Estate knowledge, which she made available to our benefit, resulting in a quick and very satisfying sale. We would not hesitate to refer her to any one wishing the same professional services.

We engaged Glenn to sell our property after speaking with a number of agents in the area. We found Glenn to be knowledgeable, reliable and hardworking. His advice throughout the process was spot on, from taking us through how best to present our home for sale, to recommending an appropriate marketing strategy and timeframe. Most of all, we appreciated his “no bull” approach: he worked quickly to get things done and always did what he said he would do. He helped to secure us a price for our property that we were very happy with. When we look to sell again in the future, we would be delighted to use Glenn again.

We have worked with Glenn each time we bought and sold houses in Wellington. He is not only a knowledgeable and authoritative real estate professional he is an all round decent person. Real Estate agents get a lot of bad press and to be fair it is often deserved but not in the case of Glenn. He is great at his job and made sure we always felt well informed and comfortable as both buyers and sellers. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommended Glenn.

Glenn did a good job managing our eventual purchase of a house in Ngaio. Considering the vendor we were trying to buy from, he did well to manage the negotiation so that we had the best chance of securing the property. He is reliable, does his best to oblige and is a good communicator which, in our experience of dealing with the real estate profession, is a relatively rare commodity.
