In a pretty hectic market where no-one quite knows what's going on Glenn was a good calming influence. Was more than happy to get on the phone with me in lead-up to offer and talk through what he's seeing in the market and make himself available for repeated viewings. He was always very prompt in replying. At first I might not have come across as the most likely buyer in amongst all that were interested, but he did his due diligence and treated me fairly as I'm sure he did plenty others in the process and in turn got a better result for the vendor.
