Alice was a superstar, she worked day and night to make sure our property was front and centre for buyers. Her feel for the market and knowledge was key in us achieving a good result.

We employed Warrick o sell our property as we had dealt with him before. We therefore knew he would work with clients to get us the best possible deal on the sale of our property. And he did.

We couldn’t achieve our dream house without your help, Warrick! Thanks and appreciate for your kindness, patience and professional assistance.

Ramón was fantastic - especially in respect of his energy, communication & responsiveness. He is the first agent we have ever worked with not to talk us down in price when selling a house. He went the extra mile throughout the process to help us sell our home & get the best price. I would highly recommend him, and without hesitation engage him again to sell a home. Thank you Ramón.

Alice, Ramon, and the whole team at Tommy’s were amazing and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Having a collaborative team behind the agent made a single point of contact for us which simplified everything. Alice kept us in the loop regularly and walked us through everything to make the whole process as stress free as possible. We got a fast turnaround, multiple offers and a quick sale which we needed for our situation and we could t be happier! 10/10 - absolutely recommend Alice if you’re selling and the team at Tommy’s.

Fantastic experience with Glenn - he made everything incredibly easy, he was available whenever we needed and was very quick to respond. Not only that but his cherry and charming demeanour, and great sense of humour, made him a pleasure to deal with! 10/10

I have engaged with Ramon in both the purchase and sale of a number of properties and he is the only agent I use in Wellington. Ramon excels at talking through a sale strategy and ensuring that the listing approach works for you. He communicates regularly and goes out of his way to present your property in the best possible way to the market. I have always had a fantastic sale result with Ramon and I would highly recommend him.

This was my first experience of selling a company share apartment in New Zealand. Liz explained every aspect of the selling process. She made sure I was kept up to date with the progress of the sale & offered encouragement & advice when it was needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Liz to sell your property.

I went to Ramon with a specific set of requirements and Ramon liaised with other agents and vendors over a number of months, and ensured my apartment search was successful. He was committed and thorough, and went the extra mile. I am so grateful to him and thrilled with my new place!
