We have bought 3 properties with Glenn as well as selling one. Glenn knows the Wellington housing market very well, whether million dollar family homes, 1 bed flats in cbd or new builds. Even in an uncertain housing market Glenn has a good understanding and we followed all of his advice when selling our 1 bed flat in Feb 2023 when it was only on the market for 7 days before we received 4 offers with the the new owner moving in 2 weeks later! Throughout the whole process we have had so many stress over dealing with people (lawyer, broker etc.) But Alice is not one of them, she made all things and arrange timing with ease and stressfree. When she's not available for house viewing or pre settlement inspection, even when she was on leave, she arranged it with her collegue and checked up with us too.
