Well, what a jolly pleasure it was working with, and buying a house, with Alice. She was incredible professional, had excellent knowledge of not only the current market but the property itself. Her communication was so clear, very helpful, and full of charisma and panache. At no point did we feel like we were getting duped or played by her, and let’s be honest, that’s not always the case with estate agents. Alas, the rating system only went up to five stars because we would have given her at least five and a half….thousand!!! I wholeheartedly recommend her to any buyer or seller. I meet Warrick at a wet sunday open home. His energy stood out over the other agents I'd met that day, so I invited him to apraise my home , He seemed understand the property I wanted to sell. Having an intersted party wanting a viewing, 4 nights after listing there was an offer I accepted . He had a marathon day following , ensuring I was positioned to make a cash offer the on the property I wanted and was able to purchase. All this in the dire winter 2022 market .
